Stilettos and Douche Canoes
I've stolen this from Michelle @ Mommy Loves Stilletos, and if she's new to you, then head over like NOW. Like, yesterday.
1. I’ve come to realize that my chest-size….could definitely be enhanced. I want big boobies!
2. I’ve come to realize that my job….is completely chill. Super stressLESS.
3. I’ve come to realize that when I’m driving….I have to be talking on the phone. Don't worry I use my bluetooth. Makes my drive (anywhere) so much faster and less stressful. There are just so many cars on the road in Austin. Better be talking on the phone then cussing at the car in front of be, next to me, or tail gaiting me.
4. I’ve come to realize that I need….at least 7 hours of sleep or I am uber cranky.
5. I’ve come to realize that I have lost….the first Coach bag that Big Daddy ever bought me. Sssshhhh.
6. I’ve come to realize that I hate....my real nails. THATS why I get solar nails all the time.
7. I’ve come to realize that if I’m drunk….I can be pretty mean and sarcastic. I was told that I pretty much made some chick feel like complete shit. I mean she was trying to hit on my husband in front of me and when I told her to stop, she kept going.
8. I’ve come to realize that money….does buy happiness. I mean you should see the look on my kids faces come birthday and christmas time. :) Surely makes me happy seeing them happy.
9. I’ve come to realize that certain people….are complete douche canoes!
11. I’ve come to realize that my siblings(s)….are pretty damn spoiled. But they're great and I love them with all of me.
12. I’ve come to realize that my mom….really is like my sister.
13. I’ve come to realize that my cell phone….is my mistress. Yes I am having an affair with my phone when I am supposed to be sleeping, or cooking, or cleaning, or working.
14. I’ve come to realize that when I woke up this morning….I didn't take a shower the night before, and woke up too late to take a shower before leaving for work. At least I didn't smell really bad.
15. I’ve come to realize that my first love is….black stilettos.
16. I’ve come to realize that right now I am thinking about….gettin some :)
17. I’ve come to realize that my dad….had his own life and well maybe i'll get into it another time.
18. I’ve come to realize that when I get on Facebook….I waste a lot of precious time that I could be using to blog or tweet :)
19. I’ve come to realize that today….I was pretty useless at work. Didn't feel like I did anything but watch youtube and catch up on my google reader.
20. I’ve come to realize that my best friend(s)….are really my sisters and brother from anotha motha.
21. I’ve come to realize that my spouse….really is one sexy ass man! (and he does kinda look like Vin Diesel)
22. I’ve come to realize that I really want to do….own my own bikini shop.
23. I’ve come to realize that life….is GREAT! Seriously.
24. I’ve come to realize that this weekend….will be super busy. 3, yes 3 parties to attend on Saturday.
25. I’ve come to realize that next weekend….is payday weekend! YES!
26. I’ve come to realize that my children….are little MEs running around, driving Big Daddy absolutely bananas.
27. I’ve come to realize that when life gives you lemons….you cut them in half and juice them over cotton balls. Then dip lemon saturated cotton balls in sugar and then gently scrub your face with the lemon/sugar cotton ball. (Thanks MAMI!)

This is why Thomas is a keeper
We are in Cove today at VonTrapp's house. We'll be celebrating Juju's 4th birthday when she gets home from work. Anyways...we bought a printer at Wally back in Austin last night, but when we opened the box, there were cords and stuff missing. So while in Cove, we decided to bring it back to the Wally here and get another.
(Waiting for the Wally lady to scan the printer and check the receipt---u know)
WALLY LADY: You boys are so good. So quiet.
STANKY: Ya. I soppin (shopping)
WALLY LADY (to me): Can they have a sticker?
ME: Oh totally! Look guys, stickers. What do you say?
STANKY: Tickers!! Ooh tickers!
JUJU (with his head down--sticks out his arm): Ya
ME: What do you say?
STANKY: Tank you.
WALLY LADY: You are such good quiet boys.
BIG DADDY (pointing at Juju): Today he turns 4.
WALLY LADY: Well thats good.
Mind you Juju still has his head down and doesn't even bother acknowledging her. So we thank her again and start pushing the cart to customer service.
ME: Juju, that lady was nice. What's wrong?
JUJU: I'm cross.
ME: Why are you cross?
JUJU: Because. Diesel is cross and does not like that.
ME: So you didn't like that?
JUJU: Dat lady makes me cross.
ME: Does cross mean you're happy?
JUJU: Nooooooo. Cross is angry. Just like Diesel was cross on Thomas. You know. Thomas my movie. Dat lady makes me cross um because I don't like dis sticker. Its for babies.
Well thank you Thomas the tank engine for expanding my NOW 4 year old's vocabulary.

ABCs of ME (7/9/10)
So...I'm doing it different...again :)
Every Friday I am going to feature one letter. So 26 weeks of ME! I mean this whole blog is about me, but you know what I mean. So, of course, A:
AGE: :) Dirty 30 baby!!! Yup I am totally ok with it now.
What is the longest AIRPLANE ride that you've ever taken: It would have to be from Hawaii to England. Of course it wasn't a direct flight. It was like 20 hours, including layovers. Longest without layovers-->New York to England, I think it was like 15 hours.
Are you ALLERGIC to anything: Crazy enough I am allergic to apple flavoring or something like that. I can eat an apple just fine but like applesauce or apple juice, oh hell no! My throat gets all itchy and then I start to lose my breath. When I was younger, I had to be rushed to the E.R. because I couldn't breathe.
Do you have an ALIAS: Totally wish I had a cool name like 007 or something but no. From when I was in like elementary school, everyone called me BABY. I was, and still am, very petite. I look like I'm like 18, but am 30, which is SUCH a blessing :). I always hung out with people who were older than me too.
Mouthwash - before or AFTER: So most of you know my on-going debate about mouthwash. For my new followers/readers here's the deal..short and simple...do you use mouthwash before brushing your teeth or after? Me? AFTER. Won't get into it here, so check out the post. :)
Best ADVICE you've received this week: At least 10 minutes a day will keep the fat away. (10 minutes of cardio that is :)
Roughly, how many days were you ABSENT in high school: Ummm, does ditching count as being IN school, because you know, technically, I wasn't absent. I showed up, just didn't stay lol. So I would say like maybe 45 days in 4 years. But wait! I had Skinny my junior year so add 3 months to that. Total: 135 days.
Who do you ADMIRE the most (in real life): I would have to say my 2nd oldest Milkshake. A couple months before his 3rd birthday is when he was hospitalized and diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. He will be 12 this November. Can you imagine, being a kid and being told that you can't have your own birthday cake? Or having your fingers pricked numerous times throughout the day and getting shots in your arms and legs EVERY SINGLE DAY?! He is my world and my life. He has taught me patience and understanding. Strength most of all.
Whats the one thing you ALWAYS do before going to bed: Wash my face!
Have you ever ridden in an AMBULANCE: Yes I have. Not a very good story behind it though. I came out of the experience with what they called slight amnesia. I think it lasted almost 3 months.

The ABCs of ME!
So I'm starting my own thing. What is this thing u ask? Duh, whats the title of this post? Just kidding :)
So again, hey to all my peeps and new peeps...(in my UFC ref voice) LET'S GET IT ON!!!
A: Most favorite summer ACTIVITY: BBQs! Really anything that allows me to be outside all the time. Have I mentioned I LOVE THE SUN?! No? Well I LOVE THE SUN! :) lol
B: What did you eat for BREAKFAST this morning: Caramel frappe
C: I like my COFFEE: Black with a spoonful of sugar.
D: Last time you went to the DENTIST: Probably when I was in high school. In fact...it was a week after I graduated from high, when I got my wisdom teeth pulled out. HA!
E: Have you ever ridden on an ELEPHANT: Why, yes I have lol. And not like when I was a kid or anything. The circus was in town one year when I was still in college. I was a little tipsy and was dared to ride it. So I did.
F: FAKE or real: Aahhh, real. But next year, fake! Then I can really say, everything's bigger in Texas ;)
G: GPA when you GRADUATED high school: 3.4 I was a smart cheerleader :)
H: Right HANDED or left: I, like the majority, am right handed. But I can color with my left hand. But its not like I get to show off that talent anymore.
I: Favorite flavor of ICE CREAM: CHOCOLATE!!! Or rocky road. Or chocolate chip cookie dough.
J: Piece of JEWELRY you always have on: My wedding ring of course. And my great-grandmother's diamond earrings that I just got for my 30th birthday.
K: Hot dog-->KETCHUP or mustard: Are you kidding me? Ketchup is for burgers and fries. Mustard on mine please. With relish.
L: How old were you when you got your drivers LICENSE: Got my permit when I was 15 and the very next week, I got my license.
M: What MOVIE can you watch over and over: Serendipity or Fools Rush In. I like romantic comedies.
N: NEVER leave home without: My blackberry or wallet. And Bo---Stanky's stuffed beagle that he takes EVERYWHERE. Me? can't live without my BB, him? can't live without that damn dog LOL
O: Regular or golden OREOS: Love, love, love the golden ones.
P: What do you like on your PIZZA: Pepperoni and mushrooms. ALWAYS.

T: What TIME do you eat lunch: Its been varying the past couple of weeks. We're in the middle of transitioning about 200 parks over to new equipment, so I can barely even get a chance to breathe sometimes. I usually try and take my lunch around 1pm or 2pm.
U: Have you ever had to wear a UNIFORM: YES! I went to private school from kindergarten until I graduated from high school. I also used to manage a pretzel place and had to wear a uniform. Oh and I was a cheerleader so ya that too.
V: Where would your dream VACATION be: Italy. Better yet...Egypt. I love love love everything egyptian.
W: Last letter you WROTE: Was to Big Daddy...It was for this past Valentine's day.
X: Last time you had an X-RAY: I think it was my 3rd year of college. I was working out with a couple guys from the cheerleading squad, you know going through stunts. Well I am a tiny person so when I get tossed in the air, I tend to "float." We were practicing just a simple basket toss, and I floated to the right some. I was caught--sorta, but still jammed my wrist into the ground "pretty gnarly.'' (HAHA thats what the DOCTOR told me).
Y: Any YOUNGER siblings: Yup. 2 sisters..Trisha and Shauna Alexis.
Z: ZEBRAS-->Black with white stripes or white with black stripes: Ummm whatever. I say black with white stripes because black is my favorite color.
